I have a project for my kitchen , the floor area is about 180 square foots , for the suntouch mat the best is 120 V or 240 V ?

      Hi Jean,

It is recommended to use 240V for areas larger than 150 square feet.
You could use 120V, but it would require two circuits.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

When installing TapeMat, what is the minimum covering of thinset, before installing adhesive and tile?

      Hi Frank,

You just need to spread enough thin-set mortar over the mat to cover the heating elements. Generally around a quarter of an inch (0.25").
