  • We will do our best to assist you with any request for expedited delivery or assistance - please ask - if we can do it, we will.
  • Provincial Sales Tax, G.S.T. and/or H.S.T. will be collected on all orders as required by Canadian Law.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, plus PayPal
  • All items ship from within Canada, usually from either Burlington, ON or Vancouver, BC, but may ship from other locations at our discretion.
  • Our carrier for your shipment is UPS. UPS offers excellent delivery service and their shipment tracking is state-of-the-art. If you provide your Email address, tracking information is automatically sent directly from UPS to your Email Inbox.

   When will my order ship?

  • We believe we offer North America's largest selection of Electric Radiant Floor Heating systems.
  • We ship orders for " In Stock" items the next business day, sometimes sooner, for orders placed before 1:30 PM E.S.T. (Toronto Time Zone)
  • Other items (not designated as "In Stock") will be shipped to you within 5-10 business days or as indicated in the item description.
  • Once your order ships, it will deliver to you 1-6 business days later, depending on your location and the shipping method you chose. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
  • We are continually increasing our STOCK items and we will always do our best to accommodate your request; Please ask if you need an expedited delivery!

   Shipping is Free with minimum purchase

  • Most orders ship Free via UPS Standard. Free shipping requires a minimum purchase and does not apply to any expedited shipping methods. Complete shipping details here read more
  • After your order ships, you will receive tracking via Email and your order will be delivered 1-6 business days later. Time depends on your location in relation to Burlington, ON (SunTouch Products) or Vancouver, BC (Nuheat Products)

   Warm Your Floor Return Policy

  • We understand that things can change, and we offer a liberal Return Policy to accommodate you whenever practical. When you purchase Floor Warming from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make it easy.
  • Items must be returned in unused, like-new condition. We will exchange or issue credit for your return after it arrives at the warehouse in original condition. We cannot take back products that are dirty from job site use or that have been altered, cut or damaged in any way. Returns should include all original packaging.
  • Cables that have been unrolled are not new and cannot be returned.
  • You have 30 days to request a return or exchange of new and unused items.
  • We charge a handling charge of 20% to process your return which covers credit card fees, handling and inspection.
  • You must contact us via Email, phone or fax & request a Return Authorization (RA) number BEFORE shipping anything back to us. A copy of the return paperwork we Email to you must accompany all returns; this information is necessary to process the return or refund.
  • You must ship the item to the location we designate at your expense. We recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities and insuring your package. Write your RA # on the outside of the package. We will process your return within 1 week of receipt. We will not accept returns without prior authorization; your package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • We only have a few Special order items - and they are clearly indicated in the item description. Special Order items are ordered specifically for you and do not come from our extensive stock. Special Order items may be NOT RETURNABLE. Please confirm prior to ordering if you have any questions.

   Refunds for Returned or cancelled items

  • A refund will be issued only to the original payment method or by a Warm Your Floor Ltd cheque.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, unless there was an error on our part. If We make an error, we accept responsibility. We simply expect the same from you.
